Marcus King Band Announces Tour Featuring Dwight Yoakam

The Marcus King Band has just revealed a North American headlining tour titled The Darling Blue Tour (Pt. 1) following the announcement of their new album, Darling Blue, set for release on September 26. The tour will kick off on September 11 in Davenport and includes several cities, with Dwight Yoakam featured as a supporting act on select dates. Tickets will be available for purchase starting July 18.

Darling Blue marks the band's first recorded collaboration since 2018, blending influences from country, folk, and R&B while addressing themes of addiction and mental health. Marcus King expressed that this project feels like a genuine representation of their artistry and personal experiences. In addition to the tour, the band is also participating in various music festivals, including performances alongside prominent artists like Dwight Yoakam, showcasing their evolving sound and dedication to connecting with audiences through heartfelt music.
